Phoenix Bikes is an Arlington nonprofit that uniquely combines youth educational programs with a full-service professional bike shop and retail store. Our mission is to harness the power of bikes to help youth build passion, purpose and a place in the community. The Dominion Guild grant will to provide free education programs to teach 6th to 12th grade youth how to fix bikes and enable them to build their own bikes to keep.
