Funding for 2 outreach initiatives that bring the arts into the lives of underserved children in our community: 1) The Healthy Play Initiative, a partnership with AFAC which provides weekly dramatic play classes for low-income preschoolers at two affordable housing locations while their parents are receiving their groceries from AFAC; and 2) Project Extra Step scholarships for homeless children to attend spring break and summer camps.
