Supports collaborative work with criminal justice, welfare practitioners and other community stakeholders to provide resources to help keep youth out of the carceral system. Through their programs, matters involving conduct that would otherwise lead to criminal charges are referred to CYFA for community-based resolution, using restorative justice.
